Dumbell-Only Vacation Workout

Hi! I’m going to Japan for a couple weeks, but unfortunately the local gym is limited to dumbells only. I’m sure I’ll have lost some strength by the time I return, but what can I do to mitigate the loss?

Currently my 1 @ RPE 8 is…

Squat - 370lbs
Bench - 200lbs
Deadlift - 395lbs
OH Press - 135lbs

I’ve been a lurker for years but I only post now because I’m at a real loss here… please help a friend out
