Just out of curiosity how would you implement multi ply or single ply gear on the powerlifting templates? Are there any guidelines for that or no?
I wouldn’t generally recommend any differences in the programming if someone wanted to use equipment for their priority lifts (if competing equipped), or for an overload assistance exercise (e.g. squat + briefs).
I’d just plan on keeping things the same if this is something you’re going to do.
