Estimating Trace Proteins

Hey BBM Crew!

Just curious in how I would be able to potentially calculate or account for trace proteins in carbohydrates and fats when tracking my macros. For instance, if I am 170lb (M26, 32" waist, consuming 2400 calories in a day, and have goals of about 170g protein, 53g fat, and 310g carbs - and I can easily get 140-150g of protein in my three meals + shake; how do I roughly estimate how many trace proteins I am getting. Would it be a ballpark of 20 or 30g? Is there a ratio of carbs or fats to trace proteins?

Just curious.

About 5g of protein per serving of carbs or fat is a reasonable place to start for this.

30-40g of starch, 130g of potato, or 80-100g of veggie.

Maybe this is a dumb question. But what is trace proteins?
If I read the nutrition label on pasta or rice it says X gram of protein per 100g. Is that the trace protein you are talking about or is there even more protein in the there?

Proteins in non protein sources, such as the 5g of protein per serving in pasta or rice.
