Hi everyone,
I’m using the Endurance template (kilos). In the Exercise Selection tab, I’ve chosen Overhead Press for ‘Vertical Press #1’ and High Incline Bench for ‘Vertical Press #2’. For the first 4 weeks, Overhead Press is in the correct slot. For the last 4 weeks, it has High Incline Bench for week 5, and then Overhead Press for weeks 6, 7 and 8. Does anyone know why it’s showing Overhead Press? How do I get High Incline Bench to show for weeks 6, 7 and 8?
