Good morning Jordan,
I was wondering how low can take your daily fat intake without affecting your hormones? The past few days my fat has been around 30-35G which I would assume is a bit on the low side.

Dietary fat intake has relatively little to do with hormone production unless essential fatty acid intake is compromised or there’s a malnourishment risk or similar. The current recommendation is to get at least 20% of total daily Cals from dietary fat and a few other specifics regarding essential fatty acid intake. You’re probably fine with your current intake unless your diet is 100% fish.
Thanks Jordan.
Does it matter that there is no deliberate healthy fat source like avocado or nuts? For lack of a better word I’d say must of the fat in my diet at the moment is ‘trace’ with nothing chosen for fat content with the possible exception of an omega 3 supplement.
If this is of any relevance I find it easy to adhere to a relatively low fat high carb and fibre diet when cutting weight and feel fine.
I don’t think that it really matters, though I think MUFAs (nuts and avo) could be part of a health-promoting diet if you wanted
