I’ve had a number of issues with my training but it seems I’m finally reaching the end of LP.
I’m 5ft9 at about 195.
Squat: 270
Bench: 209
Press: 154
DL: 264
Power Snatch: 100
I’m starting to miss reps on all lifts except DL which I’ve purposely moved up at a slower pace. The reason for that is due to a previous back injury where I couldn’t get into a starting position to successfully execute the lift. Now though, I do feel I can keep moving the DL up with no issue
In this regard, should I start lowering weights and adding volume to all lifts except for DL until I stall (then move on to The Bridge)? Or move directly on to the The Bridge now?
