First meet 6 weeks away

I am having a mock meet this Saturday 3/9 and have my first actual meet on 4/27. I know, not the best planning but it is what it is. I’m in my early forties and just doing a meet “for me.” So, I didn’t really plan it out beyond finding a local meet I was able to attend. I was wondering if it would be reasonable to use weeks 8-13 of the 12 week strength template going into my meet since I only have 6 weeks to go? I am also interested in your monthly programming but not sure that would work when I’m so close to a meet. Maybe it would be better to sign up for that after the meet? Thanks.

Hey Austin, is there a certain time that is best to join group programming? Now and then I see Jordan post stuff on IG that says time is almost up to join or something like that.
