Fixing an impinged shoulder

I suspect I have an impingement in my right shoulder. Regular benching feels ok, but CG’s and OH pressing do not. I stopped doing dislocates, L-flyes (in addition to foam rolling, stretching etc.) a while ago. Is there anything I can do (besides improving form) to get this straightened out? Coming here to ask you guys before doing the google shoulder impingement thing. Thanks for all the good info.

I’d continue to train, and expect it will improve over time. I agree with stopping all the extra stuff you were doing.

You can look up some of Adam Meakins’ stuff on shoulder pain as well, which might be helpful.
