Free 6-week strongman template. Options for load

Hello.

I’m planning to try your free 6-week strongman training program. Unfortunately my gym doesn’t have any kind of stones, sandbag or kegs and changing to a different gym is not possible at the moment. Do you have any suggestion for an alternative movement instead load? My gym has basic barbells, dumbells and kettlebells etc.

Do you have a book bag or duffel bag that you can load with weights, sand, shot, etc. to carry?

Yeah, I got some kind of bag for gym equipment, but I dont know if it’s durable enough. Maybe for carrying, but if I start throwing (or dropping) it around, it will probably break.

You might have to do something different or invest in a stronger bag, which can be relatively cheap through military surplus stores or similar. You can also carry dumbbells, push/pull a car, etc. The sky is the limit.
