You’ve said in the past that you didn’t think your pre/post-workout would be helpful for me, but is this something my husband could use? He’s 59, trains 2X week, weighs 205. He’s not looking to compete or even get “huge”, but the worries are more along the lines of preventing injury, enhancing recovery, etc. Just curious!
