Just wanna say thanks for the programming. Running this S&C cycle has been some of my most productive training in years. I’ve hit lifetime PRs on the bench and press and expecting the squat and deadlift to follow in the next block if not this one!
I gotta say the app has been a game changer. I struggled to track the workouts using just the spreadsheet, or else found it difficult to work with on the fly in the gym. By comparison the app is super clean and intuitive.
At this rate I might have to start posting my lifts on social media mixed with some quotes by Seneca and photos of me eating raw liver…
