Hey Jordan,
No question here, just feel impelled to write a post to mention how incredibly effective the BB 2 template has been for me.
As a previous "fahv"er who has been following BBM programming for the better part of a decade now (OG bridge, bridge 3.0 and 7 week GPP hypertrophy shout out), I have been running through an annual circuit of PB2/3, Low Fatigue Strength, and Strength 3 with great results, so bodybuilding was a hard sell at first. However as I am now currently past the halfway mark on my 2nd run through all 4 day block progressions, I find myself in a position of missing strength lifting but intend to continue running the program to completion because of the novice-esque results I continue to benefit from on this program (lifts going up, training motivation in tact, novel movements including band work being very effective, plus gainzz and the odd steroid use question/accusation), which is surprising considering I’ve been following it since February. The break from heavy lifting has also helped me to like how I look, feel less pain day to day, and brought my conditioning to a much higher level. I just wanted to show my appreciation for the time and thought behind your methodology, and hopefully if anyone is on the fence like I was this might sway them to give it a shot. Really looking forward to continuing to use this program in my rotation in the years ahead.
An additional aside: love the podcast, and very much appreciate both you and Dr Baraki for the positive influence you’ve had on all aspects of my health.
All the best,
Kevin
