Im on my last week of The Bridge 1.0 (week 8/low stress).
Im about to purchase my next program and had my sights set on Powerbuilding 1 for no other reason that I read similair posts suggesting it after The bridge 1.0.
But after digging a bit deeper ive saw suggestions for The Bridge 3.0 aswell for similair trainees.
So im kind of unsure what to pick here, my goals arent too specific other than to keep improving the big 4 as I believe they have still got a long way to go. Ive also got a bit of a power belly that I had before LP which I would like to try and reduce a bit, but not bothered about being super lean…as long as it doesnt stick out of my fitted T-Shirts will be fine
