First just wanted to say thank you for the excellent work you do at BBM, powerbuilding 1 has finally got my lifts moving again after being stuck in a rut for almost a year since LP, and added 3 pounds of muscle.
I’m in the final week of PB1 and was thinking of trying strength 1 next, but seeing as my lifts are increasing at a good rate, I’m guestioning why I would change a program that’s working for me.
So my question is, if I stay on PB1, should I start the program over, re do the the last half of the program with the higher intensity work or just keep repeating the final week and let my rpe auto regulate the volume after the top sets?
