First of all it’s a pleasure to be now present in this forum (probably the only BBM communication device I still wasn’t using) and I want to ask a quick question regarding Powerbuilding I.
I’ve been doing this program for the last 8 weeks and results have been excellent as all my lifts have improved - some quite dramatically. Because I’m approaching its end and I’m still hitting e1RM maxxes and because I can easily work a schedule that ensures adherence, I was thinking of repeating it, at least once, before having to up the volume.
However, the first week in the plan is relatively low volume - live a pivot week. Should I skip it and go straight into WK2 ?
Another question is a clarification on Day 2, Exercise 3 on the first stage of the program: The “Dumbell Press or Press” after an Incline BP - is it a Shoulder or Chest Press, or does it matter?
