Hello BBM Crew,
I am about to enter week 10 of power building 1 and am responding well. My e1rm continue to go up weekly across the board (which is very fun). My question is if my training goes well again in week 10 ( the last week of the program) should I continue the same training with a week 11, 12 etc. until I stop responding? And as for a next move, would I rerun the 3 day version since it worked well, go to 4 day power building, or switch to a different stimulus and revisit at another time? I have no plans to enter a meet if that matters, but I am enjoying feeling measurably stronger week to week since I generally consider myself a lowish responder. Thanks in advance for any and all advice, and as always, keep up the good work- I really enjoy and (try) to employ the info you guys provide.- Ray
You can do both options if you like. I don’t know that I’d auto-recommend switching to the 4-day plan just yet as you are responding very well

Thanks for the quick reply. Just so I’m clear, I would continue with the second half of pb1 (pulling singles and subsequent sets) until I’m not responding. Then, either rerun pb1 or maybe hypertrophy 1? If I were to rerun pb1, should I change up some of the supplemental exercises or leave it as is? Thanks again-Ray
Yea I think continuing on is fine. I’d re-run it as is if you re-run it or switch to Hyper I as you mentioned.
