Where next?

I am approaching the latter few weeks of The Bridge 3.0 and am wondering what would be my best, next move. Really enjoyed this program so far and the use of RPE has been great given that I train at various different hours depending on work. I am currently in the process of shaving off a few pounds of bodyfat. Where would you guys recommend going interms of the next programming after The Bridge 3.0?

I think if you had good results with that program you could certainly repeat it. If you were looking for something a bit different, I would do Powerbuilding I or General S/C I.

Awesome. Yeah, so, at first I thought it was maybe abit too much volume from what I am used to BUT, as the weeks have gone by it seems to be working and I appear to be adapting. Numbers are all trending up, bw trending down so all going well. I will maybe repeat it and look into both PB1 and SC1. Make decision from there. Thank you Jordan
