I am currently running The Bridge 3.0, things are going well. I recently asked the question on where to go next. I have a bundle of programs which include 12 Week Strength & HLM. Jordan responded with either PB1 or S/C1 as a next option but I am wondering if either of these two I have would be good for now? At first glance, HLM looks similar to The Bridge 3.0 with exercises selection and may be a suitable transition. Thanks and appreciate any feedback/advice.
