I am currently into week 6 of The Bridge 3.0, things are going great so I may run it again. Few questions if you wouldn’t mind clearing up for me,
(1) right now the LSS is up to 30min and the upper back/trunk AMRAP is at 8mins. Curls & ext are for 4-5 sets. Would these drop back down and build back in line with the start of the program?
(2) I have the 12 week strength program & HLM in a bundle on my phone. Would either of these be a good shout after The Bridge 3 goven that I already have them or would you still recommend PB1 or S/C1?
