Hello, I am about to start my last week of the Bridge 1.0 and have greatly enjoyed it. I especially like the 1@8 for the competition lifts. I have the 12 week strength plan but I would rather save it for summer, as I’m a teacher so I’ll have plenty of time to devote to training come June 1st. I would like to fill the time in between now and then with either HLM or Bridge 2.0. My question is, do either of the two programs have 1@8 throughout the entirety of the program?
Here is how I would like to plan it out:
- Finish Bridge 1.0
- HLM or Bridge 2.0
- 7 week Hypertrophy bias
- 12 week strength
I don’t know if its needed but my current lifts for 1@8 are:
deadlift 430
squat 365
bench 265
press 180
26 male, 208 pounds
