I’m currently done with week 7 of the Bridge 2.0 (i.e. deload week remaining) and I’ve had great results:
- Squat: +75lbs (445 → 520)
- Deadlift +95lbs (430 → 525)
- Bench: +25lbs (265 → 290)
I realize the Bridge is not designed for peaking nor testing, but I wanted to get my first PL competition under my belt. I’m currently 5 weeks out and I’m looking for guidance on how to best prep.
Should I use the last four weeks of the 12 WK Strength Template? Or is there another approach (or template) you would recommend?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
