I’ve got myself a bit stuck and don’t know how to proceed.
3 weeks ago I switched my squats from LP to HLM. On the 3rd week Heavy Day I did 3x3 at 170kg. Felt hard but if i had to, I think i could of did 1 more rep.
Then on the light day it was a grind, much harder then the 170.kg I just put it down to a bad sesh.
Now the medium day was a Complete fail. 2nd set on 150kg, had place it on the pins. I don’t get how after doing 170kg I would fail at lower wight.
This week I decided to deload and start LP. Thought 140 be a good start, felt heavier then 170kg.
So I feel a bit stuck now and really want to get back on track before I sign up for group programming.
I’m 6ft and 97.5kg (from 70kg)
