Going Skiing

Hey Jordan

I am currently in week 4 of The Bridge 1.0. Going skiing in March (should put me up there the week of week 6) Any advice on what to do with that particular week? Should I find a gym up there and keep lifting through that week or is my lifiting gonna be pointless if I’m on the slopes for a week?

As as an aside, I love the podcast, and am a happy user of GainzZz Rx and Whey Rx. Thanks for all you guys do.

How important is skiing to you?

How important is training to you?

If you decide training is sufficiently important to you for you to take time out of your trip to go find a gym and train seriously, just follow the RPE prescriptions and adjust weights as needed.

Training is never “pointless”.
