GPP Days - Jumping Rope

Ive gotten fairly decent over the years at jumping rope and have normally incorporated it in my workouts. I know that the recommendation is a prowler which I don’t have access to or a rower which I do have access to but never tried. Since jumping rope isn’t new to me and so not going to totally over stress me I’m assuming, would you guys object to using it on the GPP day for HIIT?

It’s not our favorite tool for this purpose, but if you really enjoy it, go for it.
