I was wondering why you recommend against sprints in the 12week strength program for conditioning? Is there something inherently harmful to strength progression to them? I enjoy sprinting and the treadmills have 20seconds sprints programmed in them. It’s convenient.

I think they are more fatiguing in that context and may adversely affect outcomes.
Jordan… what about jumping rope for HIIT? In your opinion is that to fatiguing?
