GPP Hypertrophy vs The Bridge

What are the outcome differences between these two programs?

More specifically do you have any anecdotal data points on:
The rate of muscle growth of each program
The percentage of weight added for the big lifts
The relative percentage of weight gained of the trainer

I’m wrapping up my novice LP and looking to start on one of these programs. My main goal is aesthetics but I also care about maintaining and increasing strength. Does the GPP Hypertrophy program have a significant advantage hypertrophy wise or only a slight one?

Thanks for this. The programs are very similar for folks in your demographic given that you have a significant amount of weight to gain and you haven’t been training too long. That said, people tend to gain more strength on the Bridge than the GPP hypertrophy bias template when doing it after LP.

It should be noted that looking at these outcomes over short periods of time is somewhat difficult to interpret.

In any event, I don’t think you can go wrong with either choice provided you’re looking to gain 50+ lbs over the next year.
