I apologize in advance if this has been covered, I looked but didn’t find anything on the forum covering this specifically.
I know that in phase 2 of the beginner template, it’s not that important when one does the GPP work prescribed. But, if someone was trying to maximize the results gained from the GPP work, are there any recommendations or suggestions for when to schedule the GPP, assuming someone has a very flexible schedule during the week?
ie: It makes sense to schedule the cardio GPP on days when you aren’t lifting… would you extend that recommendation to arm, back and core work as well? Or would it make more sense to schedule that work on lifting days, perhaps at the end of a session?
