So on GPP arm work when it states
2 sets of 12-15 reps @ rpe 8
Are we to work up to RPE with multiple sets OR figure what our RPE 8 is or close to and do 2 sets total.

Either way is fine, but you’ll probably need to warm up for movements where you’re adding weight.
