Groin / left testicle pain, Doctor couldnt find anything.

Hi Docs,

short background: I am 32, male, lifting since January, 186cm tall, 91 kg. After LP and Bridge, I am on Bridge 2.0 right now and started a cut 2 weeks ago with the start of the Bridge2.0 to loose belly fat. I am also Type I Diabetic since I am 15 years old.

Last week I started to have mild pain and pulling sensation in my left testicle. It went away for two days and came back, so I went to the Urologist. He couldnt diagnose anything by touching and using ultrasound. After presenting to him my workout routine he suggested that either the HIIT on the assault bike or bad form on squat / dealifts might have irritated sth that irritated my groin area. He claimed to have patients coming in with my symptoms from overdoing it on the assult bike in spinning classes. On some days I also feel very mild pain on the inner left thigh and my left hip and back, but that was only a couple times during the last days and is not bothering me right now actually.
I also have to say that I felt very weak the last two weeks and had to go down with the weights (~10-15% down) to stay within the RPE perscriptions and overshot them a couple of times.

I plan on being more strict with my form and avoid the bike for a while in case that was aggrevating it. I also felt my Squat stance was not symmetrical the last couple of times, maybe it could be related to that?
Did you encounter sth like that before and is there maybe sth else I could/should do?

Best,
Marcel

If an in-person urologist was unable to help with a complaint of testicular pain, I doubt we are going to be of much use over the internet.

I think your plan to take a break from the bike, adjust your stance, and avoid overshooting your target weights is a reasonable starting point.

Thank you Austin. I guess I just needed a reaffirmation that this is an okay way to go about it: ) Your content on pain has helped me a great deal in the past and instead of worrying about it too much, I have now a much more optimistic outlook on these things and feel I am in control : )
Thanks for the awesome work you and Jordan are doing!
