Check the notes for the exercise out. It says:
12 reps @ RPE 9. Repeat weight x 2 sets to RPE 8. Adjust # of reps as needed to maintain RPE target
So, you’d find your 12-reps @ RPE 9 weight, do the set of 12 @ 9 with it. Then, you’d do 2 more sets with the same weight, terminating each set once they feel like RPE 8.
