Gym Bag Recommendations?

Hi all - I’m in the market for a good gym bag for all my gear. I’ve narrowed it down to the Datsusara Mini and the King Kong Original or Junior. I like that the King Kong bags have dedicated shoe compartments. Anyone have any experience with either one of these or some other recommendation I should look into? I have my squat shoes, deadlift shoes, 13 mm belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, wrist straps and a notebook and of course a shaker bottle. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, I just have a really old nike duffle bag that is probably 10 years old that I use. I always open it up and let my shoes and knee sleeves air out after each workout. Don’t overthink it or spend a ton of money on something “fancy”

Thanks. I already have a sub par old duffel bag. I am specifically looking for something “fancy.”

hi, i got my son an “Aer Gym Duffel 2”. he’s been using his for 2 years and likes it a lot. it has a dedicated shoe compartment.

looks like they have a big and small version.

these have a more professional (office), dressy, look while I’d say the other two you mention look more “tactical”. he also uses his for short trips.

I had a nike duffle sport bag that I was using for 20ish years. I just got a Go Ruck backpack, the GR1 25L, for my every day carry to and from work. When I get home I empty it and in go the belt, the shoes, the wrist wraps, the wrist straps, the chalk and I usually carry my shaker bottle as I fill it with water at home. There is still room for other stuff. I wear my deadlifting shoes to and from the gym (they are barefoot shoes). There is room for the shaker bottle though when empty and I put it in the bag too. The GR1 is expensive, but build like a farken brick shithouse (as we say down under).
