Sensitive Question here:
is it wise to continue training when you have active piles/Hemorroids? Trying to figure out if I should do a normal day (week 8 of NLP) or reduce weight on bar or wait until they heal? This is the first time I have had them and they are not comfortable.

I had the same problem and asked Jordan on IG live. He said don’t change anything in your training and it would go away. I didn’t change anything and it did go away.
What I did do, however, was to cut off alcohol intake and fried/overly oily food, stay hydrated, and eat more fiber. Cleaning your butt with warm towel or water after every bloody bowel movement also would help. Good luck man!
