Sensitive Question here:
is it wise to continue training when you have active piles/Hemorroids? Trying to figure out if I should do a normal day (week 8 of NLP) or reduce weight on bar or wait until they heal? This is the first time I have had them and they are not comfortable.

Depends on how uncomfortable they are, versus how important training is to you. It’s probably not dangerous to train, if that’s your concern.
