So I have herniated c4 and c5 in my neck I lost almost all my strength in pressing . I have started to build some strength back. 95 for 5 is like an all out set. This is about 100 pounds difference of to what I used to do. How should approach building my strength back? Should I start working pin presses and slowly drop lower the pins as I start getting stronger? I know you have to embrace the suck but it’s like damm 100 pounds lost.
