If that’s the way you are going to compete, then yes. You would have to substitute something else for the beltless squat variation.

Would this person though? Beltless high bar for a different rep range (higher) would be significantly different influence than belted high bar at high intensities.

I’m curious. Why do you not want to use a belt? Is it a rule in the federation you’re going to compete in or is there another reason?
