Just bought the hypertrophy template. By default 1* squat 1, 1* squat 2, and 1* squat 3 are high bar w/belt, low bar w/belt, and belt squat.
Is there a distinction with Belt Squat or should I just replace that with front or some other variation? Thanks!
Belt squat typically refers to a belt squat machine, not another squat variation wearing a lifting belt. If you don’t have access to this sort a machine, you can substitute with one of the other options.
