I recently purchased the Hypertrophy II template and I don’t have access to a SSB or a belt squat machine. I am planning to substitute front squats for the SSB, but I am not sure what to do instead of a belt squat. What exercises do you recommend?
I believe there are user-selected exercises in that template.
You could substitute any squat pattern you’d like (e.g. high bar), use a leg press for that slot, or any squatting movement that you have previous knowledge that you respond well to.
