High bilirubin

Howdy,

I was eating too much junk food, as result my A1c was 6.1(fasted glucose was fine 85) and my cholesterol was very high. Now, with 2 months loosing weight, eating well, my a1c is back to normal, and my cholesterol is only high, but my bilirubin is still the same level 2.20, the last was 2.21.

It’s something to be worried, l"sleep", or I just need to keep focus on my diet and all be fine?

Your bilirubin level would not be explained by the junk food, A1c, blood lipids, or weight gain / weight loss.

It is possible to have benign elevations of blood bilirubin levels, but that is not something I can comfortably/confidently tell you over the internet without further evaluation. Your doctor should be able to guide you through this.
