High LDL

Hi,

I recently had a medical check up, full blood work done.

Height 191.5cm
weight 101.7 kgs
waist circumference 38in

That puts my BMI at 27kg/m2. Which is above normal.

My lipid profile is HDL 1.10mmol/l and LDLis 3.00mmol/l.
Tryglicerides is 1.50mmol/l.
My cholesterol is at 4.8mmol/l.

All is within normal range except my LDL ( Bad cholesterol)which is at 3.00mmol/l.

Would you suggest increasing my fibre intake and maybe more cardio to reduce this or what would you advise?

I’m currently on week 5 of powerbuilding 1, hoping to start strength 1 after I finish but I am wary that my waist circumference is a bit high.
