I got my blood test from family doc several days ago.
Doc said that I have high uric acid and HDL.
As far as I know,
BUN(Blood urea Nitrogen): 23 mg/dL
Uric acid:8.1 mg/dL
Creatinine: 0.86 mg/dL (Last month, it was 1.1 ish. I doubted whey first. I could feel my face swollen when I took whey, so I stopped taking whey. Maybe It could be other factors. I can tolerate greek yogurt just fine. I don’t know why I can’t tolerate whey though.)
HDL-cholesterol: 72 mg/dL
Brief background:
I started to “train” approximately 4 months ago.(Before that, I “worked out” with no progressive overload.) I think I’m relatively untrained.
Height: 169 cm Weight: 66~67 kg ish, now. My weight rose steeply. A month ago, My weight was 62~63 kg.(cf. before lifting: 60~62 kg).
Unfortunately, I don’t have any measuring tape. But certainly my waist circumference seems increase drastically, too.
I’ve been totally unsatisfied with my body size. So, I started to add lots of hash browns, french fries in my diet.
But, it seems my body tells me “stop.”
My diet consisted of fries, hash browns, egg fries, cereals, packed lunch, vegan protein powder. occasional tender breast chicken nugget.
0~4 beer 500 ml cans per week.
currently running bridge 1.0(cf. 1 GPP session a week.)
I couldn’t work out for 5~6 days before the test. I bruised my right knee. So, i took bed rest.
Doctor ordered that I should reduce my protein intake, and cut down some fat rich food.
I’m worried If I may get gout… But I’m worrying about my protein intake, too.
Just use more dairy, plant based protein source? How much should I compromise results If I get my protein from single source(like vegan powder.)
