High volume and high intensity program vs Immunologic system

last year, when I discovered strength training I was running a hybrid program part body building, part strength training. pretty much do the main lifts texas method style and after that run a bodybuilding style program, I trained everyday after work plus boxing/muay thai classes 4x week, and much pressure at day job, I was always beat up, and sick. Beginning of this year I was sick for almost two months, 25 days of antibiotics total(first I got a tonsillitis, after a pharyngitisand after a infection in the nose region).

The question is, can crazy trainning programs affect your health in that way?I know that some research says that after a trainning session can affect negatively your immunologic system for a short period of time. But dont if high stress life plus high crazy stress programs could be responsible for my health decline?

I am running a pure strength training, I just ended the novice LP and know going to run BBM hypertrophy template and bridge after that, plus just training boxing 1x per week until I find the cause of my health decline. Almost 3 months and I didnt get sick yet, lets see in the winter.

Another infos, I moved from a city with low pollution, for a city with high pollution rate, a large major city. Nothing like China, but air quality index is yellow for a part of the day(rush hour). Plus a have a mild asthma, never had a asthma attack in my life when I am not sick, 30yo, 34’’ waist.

Yes, it probably can affect you in that way. The cumulative stress load at any given time (known as “allostatic load”) can have numerous consequences from a health, performance, and injury risk standpoint.
