Higher Intensity Upper Back & Strength Templates

Hi Jordan. Currently working through your powerlifting template and having a lot of success! This is probably a dumb question, so I apologize, but it seems like you prefer upper back GPP to be more focused on volume. I’ve historically had some success with higher intensity vertical and horizontal pulls, and wondered if you ever think sprinkle those in to your own programming?

I don’t think that there’s much carryover to strength in the big 3 or hypertrophy from heavy, low rep chins or rows- though I have done both at different periods of time. I just don’t think they do much besides make you better at those exercises.
