Hello all,
I am right now enjoying the gainz made on the hypertrophy 2; especially upperbody. Since the program will finish in a few weeks and I will be running strength 2, I was wondering what should I do with the gpp volume I have accumulated.
Is it advisable to continue with the hypertrophy gpp (latraises, legextensions, legcurls etc) or just follow the gpp outlined in the strength program?
