Higher Volume and Sleep

I have noticed while on The Bridge some of the high volume days have interfered with my sleep. Normally training doesn’t really effect my sleep unless I take caffeine before the workout close to bed time. This has not been the case. I’m on week 6 of the bridge and things actually seem to be going really well. Training is fun and I think PR’s are around the corner. There have just been a handful of nights with a training session prior in the day where I just don’t seem to get tired and flop around in bed for hours. I did a little searching and this didn’t really seem to be a normal occurrence? Is my body likely just trying to adapt to the added stress? There’s not really any big life issues that are keeping me up at night I just don’t seem to get tired at the usual hour on the days of my workouts. Thoughts?

I think it’s fairly normal for some to be sensitive to training near bedtime, in general, as the sympathetic outlfow required for training is quite high. If it doesn’t consistently fuck with you, carry on.
