So I’m currently programmed 2 HIIT sessions and 1 LISS this week. In an effort to save time can I do my HIIT which is a Strongman conditioning routine similar to Alans video immediately followed up by a 30 min liss bike ride on my off day Wednesday? Or would one not be affective because of the other?
I would prefer that you were active on most days of the week and you can break up that 30 min of LISS into 5-10 minute efforts if that helps you adhere to the recommendation.
I don’t think there would be a change in efficacy from a conditioning development standpoint in this context.
