Greetings docs, I’m coming up on week 5 of the general S&C template wherein the GPP cardio gets ramped up to 3x a week LISS and 2x a week HIIT. I understand that the general recommendations are to do the cardio after lifting and don’t do HIIT and LISS on the same day. Are there any other recommendations you can think of, such as not doing HIIT or LISS on back-to-back days?
FWIW, I’m lifting Mon-Wed-Fri, accessory work is Thu-Sat. I was thinking of doing LISS Tue-Thu-Sun and HIIT either Mon-Sat or Wed-Sat.
