Organising LISS and HIIT sessions in new S&C template

Hey Docs,

The conditioning eventually ramps up to 3xLISS and 2xHIIT weekly. Any advice on how to partition this? Taking the program as read in the app there will be seven training sessions a week, I’m wondering if they can be consolidated a bit such as placing the standalone HIIT session on the end of one of the lifting days.

Yep, you can place conditioning at the end of the some (or all) of your lifting sessions and then do the additional conditioning on non-lifting days. As far as order, it’s mostly personal preference. I currently am doing LISS M/W/F/Sun and HIIT on Tuesday and Thursday.
