So is it deleterious in any way to consume processed meats ie lunch meat turkey or chicken so long as the person isn’t hypertensive, is healthy, etc.? I find it convenient to just chew that shit up at work when it gets busy.
While I don’t think that the majority of your diet should be made up of processed meats, a little bit here and there doesn’t concern me. Health is multifactorial and I don’t think we can reduce it to processed meats vs. non-processed meats.
