Hip internal rotation

Had some hip range of motion looked at because I am receiving a little nag in my ASIS (I’ve posted on this before) . I have a full 90 degrees of external hip rotation , and literally zero internal rotation. Working on it today and I have maybe 10 degrees from trying to get more range. That being said can having very little internal hip rotation be a big issue and cause pain in the hips? I think with this very limited mobility, internally it has me subconsciously shove my knees OUT, a cue given to people with knee valgus. And I think this inturn, excessive kneeing out has caused a pinch, or maybe its because no internal rotation, the muscles connecting to my pelvis have been overloaded and overworked because of overcompensation because of the lack of range of motion .Im doing all the necessary things to get rid of the pinch I don’t feel it squatting unless I don’t have shoes on. Any advice on this matter ? Thank you all for taking the time to read.

What’s your age, height, and weight?

Who determined you have no hip IR?

This is difficult to provide clear advice on without physically examining your hip myself.

Have you received any coaching or form checks?

21,5’7, 163lb. I saw a physical therapist, he is a friends PT, and i figured id give it a shot because it was a free consult. i have, you even said my back was too vertical, some say I’m vertical on the descend, but i shove my hips back so much out the hole it corrects my back issue instead of turning it into a good morning. I’m trying to work on these issues… and i know the pain is from internal rotation because any type of movement involving it, aches the front of my hip, and yesterday anytime i tried to internally rotate it just hurt, i tried some band distractions from Squat university on youtube and i think that made a tremendous difference today, my internal rotation seems farther, and it doesn’t start to hurt as soon into the rotation as it did prior. Thanks for the reply Austin.
