Dear BBM team,
I finally purchased a powerlifting belt from Pioneer! I’m excited about implementing it in my workouts.
So, I actually finished the Bridge 3.0 while waiting for my belt, but I plan on running it again now that I can actually do the “w/ belt” movements as prescribed.
How much more would you expect someone to lift wearing a belt vs. not wearing a belt? Or should I solely rely on RPE for setting the new weight as I recycle Bridge 3.0?
